Once I told Manuel, old and beloved watercolour teacher of mine: "Every fool can
paint wonderful paintings of Naples!"
"Well,.. Alfred" ...he replied, "..I am such a fool!"
Well.., Manuel long since has forgiven these glib words of mine.
What I really wanted to express is that a real artist is able to see and capture the magic moment everywhere,... not only in Naples....
